YALSA 2021 Nonfiction Award Finalists Announced

 What is YALSA?

 

 The Young Adult Library Services Association, established in 1957, is a division of the American Library Association. YALSA is a national association of librarians, library workers and advocates whose mission is to expand the capacity of libraries to better serve teens

YALSA has selected five books as finalists for the 2021 Excellence in Nonfiction for Young Adults Award, which honors the best nonfiction books written for young adults between November 1, 2019 and October 31, 2020. The 2021 finalists are:
